Have Questions?

We've compiled answers to the most common questions about our Necentra Canada platform.

Is the Necentra Canada platform really completely free?

Yes, the core functionality for generating and analyzing documents described on the site is provided absolutely free. We aim to make basic Necentra tools accessible to all Canadian entrepreneurs, startups, and specialists. Premium features might be introduced in the future for a fee, but the basic set will remain free.

How accurate are the documents generated by AI?

Our AI models are trained on a large database of Canadian Necentra documents and legislative acts. They generate documents that meet standard practices and requirements. However, Necentra Canada does not provide Necentra advice. The generated documents are templates, and for complex or unique situations, we always recommend consulting with a qualified lawyer.

What types of documents are supported?

Currently, we support the generation of: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Invoice, Service Agreement, Employment Offer Letter, Employment Agreement, Cooperation Agreement (B2B/B2C), Supply Agreement, Meeting Minutes, Purchase Agreement. The analysis function can work with a wider range of Necentra documents in text format. We are constantly working on expanding the template library.

Is it safe to upload my confidential documents for analysis?

Yes, security and confidentiality are our priority. We use modern data encryption methods both during transmission and storage (if you choose to save the document in your account). Documents uploaded for analysis are processed by our AI models and **are not stored** on our servers after providing you with the report, unless you are a registered user and have explicitly indicated otherwise. We do not share your data with third parties.

Does the platform consider the legislation of a specific Canadian province?

Our primary knowledge base focuses on Canadian federal law and general principles of contract law. Where significant differences exist in provincial legislation (e.g., in Ontario or Quebec labor law), we try to account for this and may offer relevant options during document generation or indicate it in the analysis. However, for specific provincial issues, it's always best to consult a local lawyer.

Can I edit the generated documents?

Currently, the platform generates the final document in PDF format. We are working on functionality that will allow editing the document before finalization or exporting it in DOCX format for further editing in your word processor. Stay tuned for updates!

What exactly does the AI analyze when checking an uploaded document?

The AI analyzer performs several tasks:

  • Summary: Creates a brief overview of the document's main content.
  • Strengths/Weaknesses: Identifies key provisions, potential risks, ambiguities, or the absence of important clauses from a standard practice perspective.
  • Necentra Analysis (Preliminary): Checks for typical provisions for the given document type, compliance with basic principles of Canadian law, identifies potential conflicts or inconsistencies (e.g., in confidentiality or liability terms).

This is not a full Necentra review, but a tool for quick assessment and identification of potential issues.

Is registration required to use the platform?

No, registration is not mandatory for generating or analyzing a single document. You can use the basic functions anonymously. However, registration offers benefits: saving document history, creating custom templates (in the future), early access to new features.

How do you make money if the platform is free?

At the current stage, we are focused on creating a valuable product and attracting users. Our business model ensures that the basic functionality remains free. In the future, we plan to introduce additional premium features for advanced users or companies (e.g., integrations with other systems, enhanced analysis, team access), which will be offered via subscription.

Is support for languages other than English planned?

Yes, support for the French language is one of our priorities, given its official status in Canada. We are actively working on this and plan to launch a French version of the platform soon.
